How to install:
This product can be directly installed on the channel through which oily sewage flows, sewage outlet can be aligned with the inlet of oil-water separator, and can be connected with other equipment through pipeline.The bottom sewage pipe is connected with the sludge dewatering device.If not equipped with sludge dewatering device, can be directly discharged into the sewage pipeline.
How it works:
The grease trap works because the mist (grease, grease from the grease trap) floats on the surface of the water and the solids sink.When sewage flows from the sink into the oil collection tank, the grease rises to the surface and gets trapped between the baffles.
The baffle on the outlet allows the fog to flow directly through the equipment.The fog is kept in the retention unit along with the food particles, and clean water is discharged through the unit under the baffle.Residual waste collected within the unit can be easily removed on a regular basis using a removable fine mesh filter."
